Lindsay's Amber Restaurant (330) 733-9611 Next Meeting Tuesday, June 24, 2008 An Overview of the FBI InfraGard Program Presented by Jim Glasgow has taught computer science at Malone College in Canton, Ohio since 1998. He came to Malone with 21 years of IT experience as a programmer, consultant, and corporate manager of information systems. He also teaches part time at Stark State College of Technology and Brown Mackie College. Besides his industry background, Jim has been an active member of AITP since 1983. Jim recently became an InfraGard member and has attended meetings held at the Cleveland FBI office and the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy in Richfield.

Our chapter is located in Region 18, which includes Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, and North Carolina. The purpose of this Web Site is to keep our membership abreast of upcoming monthly meetings and Chapter, Region and Association news, and to provide information about who we are and what we do for prospective new members in the Akron/Canton area of Ohio.
Our meetings are held once a month. The meetings consist of a Dinner and a Featured Speaker. In today's ever changing Information Technology world, our Technical and Feature sessions have proven to be both timely and beneficial. Topics cover the industry from Personal Computers to Mainframes, and everywhere in-between.
Your membership in the Akron AITP Chapter insures the continuance of computer related knowledge, through local contacts, educational seminars, and monthly sessions. In addition to this, you also have the benefit of Regional Seminars, National Conferences and Newsletters.
