Text Box: AITP in the News In a recent article by Alan Hoffman, Monster.com’s Tech jobs expert, AITP was listed in the Top 10 Information Technology professional organizations. Mr. Hoffman’s comments about the AITP:  "AITP aims to help its members connect with others in IT "in an effort to become more marketable in rapidly changing, technological careers." The heart of AITP lies in its local chapters, located everywhere from Birmingham, Alabama, to Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Chapter meetings and other activities provide informal contact with other IT professionals." Other organizations to be listed include the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), the Association for Women in Computing(AWC) , and the Independent Computer Consultants Association (ICCA).
