Chuck Kern leads Bayer Corporation's Organizational Change and Technical Education Center (OCTEC), an element of Bayer's NAFTA-wide IS organization. OCTEC provides a comprehensive range of services to manage organizational change, including: Guidance on best practices to implement and sustain change benefits; Education & Training solutions; Documentation services; Tools and methods that enable change management solutions.

Chuck has worked at Bayer Corporation for 20 year. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (BA), Columbia University (MS - Information Science), and Siena Heights University (MA - Education). Prior to joining Bayer, Chuck served as a naval officer, taught college, and worked as a systems analyst in the Power Utility and Manufacturing sectors.

$25 Pre-Paid Tickets will be taken at the door.

The price includes hors d’oeuvres, champagne, Greek treats, and cake that will be served during the program to celebrate the 50th Year Anniversary of the AITP Akron Chapter.
