Chuck Kern leads Bayer Corporation's Organizational Change and Technical Education Center (OCTEC), an element of Bayer's NAFTA-wide IS organization. OCTEC provides a comprehensive range of services to manage organizational change, including: Guidance on best practices to implement and sustain change benefits; Education & Training solutions; Documentation services; Tools and methods that enable change management solutions.
Chuck has worked at Bayer Corporation for 20 year. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (BA), Columbia University (MS - Information Science), and Siena Heights University (MA - Education). Prior to joining Bayer, Chuck served as a naval officer, taught college, and worked as a systems analyst in the Power Utility and Manufacturing sectors.
